You have the right to cancel any service order within 24 hours of your initial purchase, provided that we have not yet commenced work on your requested service. This 24-hour window begins from the moment your payment is successfully processed and confirmed in our system.

Full Refund Guarantee

When you cancel within the eligible 24-hour timeframe, you will receive a full refund. We aim to process it promptly and efficiently.

Transaction Fee Responsibility

Transaction and gateway fees from PayPal, Stripe, or your card provider are not refundable, as they are third-party costs.

Work Commencement Policy
